They offer a turnkey approach that includes homesite selection, if requested, and initial design through final delivery. Both Steve and Tiffany are intimately involved throughout the process. Steve is instrumental in the plan design, engineering, quality control and overall project management, and Tiffany assures the design functionality, incorporating interior design, finish selections and overall design finish of the home. This unique approach instills trust and confidence from beginning to end and allows the client to be involved as little or as much as desired.
